Jade was so knowledgeable and friendly. I felt safe asking questions and really enjoyed the session. It was so informative and gave lots of tools for me and my partner to use during birth. Highly recommend!
Jade helped me sort through what had been a very difficult time with my Dad dying two weeks after my son was born in 2016 as well as other things. She made me realise I could actually be helped and gave me techniques to work with going forwards to keep going with my progression. I'd highly recommend Jade to anyone thinking about taking steps to help themselves.

I loved the hypnobirthing course, I did it with my first child and revisited it with my second. Jade was so approachable and helpful throughout and ive found some of the things I learned useful in every day life! Highly recommend
The Hypnoparenting Course is absolutely fantastic. I really felt I learned a lot about myself, my values and what my needs are and how I can still prioritise them even though I'm a busy parent. I absolutely love the audio tracks and often fall asleep listening to them, and my sleep has 100% improved as a result. I highly recommend the course if you feel you would benefit on reflecting on what brings you joy and makes you happy, and on your identity in additional to being a parent.
