Since the Ashland location doesn't have a social media, this location will have to take the brunt of this review - This bank is garbage. Their customer service is even worse. Every since the merge. Its been nothing but issues. First my bank card wouldnt read or work at the atm. Any store I use my checks it doesnt work. I didnt have any issues before till I got my new Sona ck. Ridiculous. I am not the only one either.
