I had a question about an issue on my route last week and called the Sommer Transportation office about it. I got someone right away and they had an answer for me. Nice that a company picks up the phone and doesn’t try to dodge any issues.

My son has had the same driver for the past two school years and that's meant a lot to both him, and to us as parents. Building that sort of familiarity, rapport, and ultimately, trust has made weekday mornings in our house that much easier. Hope we have the same driver for the foreseeable future!
