Argumentative dispatch. Instead of confirming with any parents at the home, they decided that my son told them he had an appointment today and wouldn't be going to school, which he most definitely does not and wouldn't have said that. So he doesn't go to school today. I feel like some sort of follow-up should have been done there to make sure that that was true. When I called I was told we don't know who's right here and nothing would be done.

Our Sommer driver gets along really well with both our children and the other ones in the neighbourhood. Sooo not like the scary and grumpy public schoolbus drivers I remember from when I was a kid. He’s sensitive but still manages to maintain his authority when needed. Rare combo.

We’ve had the same Sommer driver taking our son to school for more than a year now, and I hope he never leaves or changes routes. Not only is he dependable and punctual, he’s a great guy who I trust totally.

I have a daughter with special needs, so it’s always a bit of a process when new people are brought in to help out. Whether it’s a babysitter or even a teacher, there are always challenges during the first little bit. Except with our Sommer driver. I was amazed at how she just knew what to do straight off the bat. She must have special training. Definitely worth leaving a 5-star rating.
