The definition of dependable. With Sommer, there’s never an unpleasant surprise, and the only delays we’ve experienced have been because of really bad weather, gridlock, or situations beyond anyone’s control. And even then, we get a phone call giving us a head’s up!

What stands out most about Sommer Transport is the consistency. We’ve had the same driver for a good long stretch now, and my kid feels super comfortable and secure because of that. Routines really matter (especially early in the morning!), and this shuttle service does a great job always appearing on time, without fail.

From the time I get out of bed, thru making breakfast and making sure everyone has everything they need, to preparing for my own job and hitting the road, it’s just a lot! Knowing that our Sommer driver arrives on time and follows the same routine every day honestly keeps things from going off the rails. Huge peace of mind from it.
