$660 became $1500 for extra waiting time. approximately 4 hours. A total rip-off.

Jim and his team recently moved my piano as we were moving house and there is no one else in Brisbane that I would trust to move my piano. Jim plans the move well to account for every factor that could cause damage to either the piano or to walls and then executes an exceptionally skilful and professional operation. Soon after we also had Jim and his team bring a 150kg four door fridge up a very challenging flight of stairs that involved having to lift the whole fridge over a half wall which they achieved to perfection. Jim and his team recently moved us from our high-rise rental to our new apartment. They completely de-stressed this normally stressful activity. There were a number of less-than-ideal factors to accommodate but these presented no problem to them. The job was done calmly and efficiently.
