Absolutely the best bike shop around. Super friendly and accommodating. Their mechanics are professional and did a great tube up and clean on our bike. 👍 👍
I do not recommend purchasing from SOMI BIKE based on my experience. In December, I ordered a specific pair of sunglasses that were advertised on their website. The item shipped to me was not what I ordered. After contacting their representative, Jean, I was told to return the product for a refund because the correct item was unavailable. False advertising. Wrong item shipped. Refund still not issued months later. I ordered sunglasses in December. SOMI BIKE sent the wrong product. Their representative Jean told me to return it for a refund since the correct item wasn’t available. I did exactly that. They received the return. It is now March and I still have not been refunded. $58 bucks for a new chain. $30 labor charge They didnt even check the cassette. I dont recommend this place. Never coming here again! Also, not everyone speaks Spanish
Honestly this has been a horrible experience. I left the bike for repair. They told me it was gonna be new. It took them three weeks when they said it was gonna take one and then when I finally got it, one of the tires just broke and I took it in. They fixed the tire and then the next day the chain just came off, basically a waste of money, $300 gone, never again.
