The absolute worst support. I have a wind sensor that no longer works. Impossible to speak to anyone. Referred back to the dealer to be told there is 250$ to look at the product to determine it needs to be replaced for another 296$. Seriously !
Horrendous customer service. Do not order from this company. I ordered a replacement remote for some motorized blinds back on November 15th. It took me a week to get in touch with a live human being I had to email on the contact form three times before someone called me to figure out the appropriate remote to use as the functions needed to be changed the old remote was lost and more than 10 years old.
