I have shopped at this store over 10 years. Recently bought a mattress. When It was delivered it was in a bag. I had asked if a rolled one, told no. As soon as they unwrapped it, it was firm. I did not order a firm. I never slept on it and asked for them to exchange the owner said NO. I had to go buy a new mattress. All other stores in town give you a 30 to 90 sleep performance. For all the thousands I spent in this store it was upsetting. Even the receipt says exchange for store credit. Owner was very rude. Just a heads up ... read more
