I have a BFA degree in Graphic Design, a BFA in Art Education, and Master of Fine Arts degree in Photography. My experience as a photographer, designer and educator led me to start Something Blue in 2010. Since then, I have met and photographed so many amazing people, and my work has been featured in Chicago Style Weddings and People magazine.

After a ton of research on wedding photographers, I decided to book our engagement and wedding photos and video with Something Blue. Christy was amazing with our lifestyle shoot with our newborn. She stayed for over 2 hours to make sure we got all the photos we wanted. She came prepared with all the outfits which was a big help. She was so sweet and patient with our daughter when she was fussy and would help get her back to sleep for the photos. We cannot wait to see the photos and to use them again.
Conrad and Lindsay from Something Blue are amazing! They photographed our wedding a little over a week ago, and we already received a sneak peak of the photos.
