I did the hyperbaric treatment and it was fantastic. The staff was super nice.
I was very happy with my massage. Diana pinpointed and solved my problems. I will be going back.
Very unprofessional, hostile, doesn't honor gift certificates and refuses refund after agreeing to give one. I have had to file complaint with BBB and a small claims action. Diane isn't even a Licensed Massage Therapist. Filed a complaint withbthe Board of Professions as well.
The person who greeted was friendly and sweet. I also have to be honest in saying that the salt float was anything but relaxing and all I could hear was a humming noise and it was not completely dark. I could not relax. You could see the light coming from windows. I would not return. I am not sure if I like salt floats, I couldn't enjoy mine. Yes, I shared with person in front. She's asked right away, I don't think I was in there 20 or 30 of the 90 mins. It was also freezing
I LOVE this Spa! I can’t wait to book more. I tried their salt therapy today and feel incredible. I would sign up for a monthly subscription for the Halo booth if it was offered in a heartbeat. Alaina was awesome and so friendly. Brockport really needed something like this.
