My first time visiting my Aunt who is a patient there. It was a nice facility. Clean and the staff were very courteous.
Would leave zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your time on this place and don’t put your loved one here. Nobody answers the phone, discharge process was a mess.
worst nursing home i’ve ever visited! the floors look nice and clean until you hit the memory loss floor, it smells horrendous. they let people sit in pee, spilled things on their clothes, and loses belongings to their patients.
1st day arriving for my brother and its been an ABSOLUTE DISASTER!! Dissatisfied to say the least. We didn't want him here but between UK and this facility they pressured us to bring him here. Healthcare SUCKS!!!
