1st day arriving for my brother and its been an ABSOLUTE DISASTER!! Dissatisfied to say the least. We didn't want him here but between UK and this facility they pressured us to bring him here. Healthcare SUCKS!!!
The hospital recommended putting my mother in here for two weeks rehab in summer woods. I would not recommend this nursing facility or rehab to anybody. My mother laid here for 36 hours with no antibiotics no pain medication no nothing.
I would not recommend anyone put thier loved ones in this place as you can see there are nurses in this place that should not be nurses and have a attitude and dont put themselves in the patients shoes as well dont care about the patients environment that they live in.
nurses act entitled. to lower ranked employees in the building. are very offensive and rude.
