The branch ordered new checks for me, After a month, I went into the bank. They told me the checks were delivered 7/16, today is 8/04, they sent the checks to a different address. I dont know the people who live there. The teller said she could cancel the checks, i said what good is that if my bank account and routing number is listed on the check. She looked at me as if she failed 3rd grade math. Then she says, "if there are any charges you can always dispute them." Please God, tell me what planet I am on. So my money is go... read more

I definitely do not recommend this bank. They are very rude. The branch manager is very rude. The ladies at the giant Eagle will straight tell you there’s only two of them. They can’t do everything their short staffed. They are complaining about their working conditions while you’re trying to do your banking. I’ve been reading Other reviews, and I am seeing people complaining about fees the bank putting hold on money so that you get extra fees. However, you can contact the consumer protection and file a complaint.

I opened account at this bank because it was convenient to my work location. However, they do everything they can to charge you to put fees on your account. They will see a check coming through and you make a deposit and they will put a hold on your money so that they can collect fees. The ladies are very rude and we basically straight tell you they don’t care. The consumer protection agency does have a website where you can go in and file a complaint.
