Absolutely love this bank. They are great. Adam is always so pleasant, it’s always a pleasure being waited on by him.
Most of the employees here are decent enough. They acknowledge you with a friendly smile. They get you in and out fairly quick. Except for the blonde lady. She seems to be a manager, as a rank-and-file employee would never get away with her attitude/behavior. I went in the other day and instead of “hello, how can I help you?” She just complained about how she has to call someone back because their accounts are frozen. After a minute or so of her complaining I get “Ok, real quick, what do you need?” Come on, get it together l... read more
