Most of the employees here are decent enough. They acknowledge you with a friendly smile. They get you in and out fairly quick. Except for the blonde lady. She seems to be a manager, as a rank-and-file employee would never get away with her attitude/behavior. I went in the other day and instead of “hello, how can I help you?” She just complained about how she has to call someone back because their accounts are frozen. They are practicing safe distancing and wearing ppe. The bank employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I love all the wonderful free services I receive for being a customer of this bank. I will not bank anywhere else. I highly recommend switching to Somereset Trust Company Bank. They know how to treat their customers and make their customers feel appreciated.
