The branch ordered new checks for me, After a month, I went into the bank. They told me the checks were delivered 7/16, today is 8/04, they sent the checks to a different address. I dont know the people who live there. The teller said she could cancel the checks, i said what good is that if my bank account and routing number is listed on the check.
