I've just had my replacement 30kw generator installed at my home! The last one lasted 25 years. The Bold team was a ballet in action. First the prep team, then the swap team with equipment to take out the old generator and place the new one. Then the install team and electrician. Perfect timing, professionalism and attitude. Everyone wore Bold Electric clothing. They advised me of the issues the last installer had failed to do properly and made it easy for me to get the best outcome. They are Best in Class.

My service tech was great. He was scheduled to service my generator between 2pm and 4pm. He was at my house at 1:58pm. He did his thing and I just had to open my garage for him so he could get to the generator panel. Based on the minimal contact/conversation I had with him, he was nice and professional. I got a text notification when he was on site and once he was done, he did his paperwork and left. No hassle, no needing to be available (outside of the garage door needing to be openned). Highly recommend.
