Complete was of time and lack of dedication for the justice system. Had a dead beat contractor case presented, with paper trails, checks, video and photographic evidence, proving our case, yet the person involved finally called us back after 4 months! Stating this is not something they will pursue. After loosing $20k to a dead beat contractor, wonder how our wonderful justice system would react if this were THEIR hard earned money.
Disgraceful there is no justice in this county. They are only concerned with clearing cases.
Twice the district attorney's office has screwed up paperwork of mine which lead to me having a warrant for my arrest!!! For no fault of my own I was yanked from my newborn baby who was only 7 days old because of a typo!!!! As if that wasn't bad enough, two and half months for by I get my cases combined from two years ago, mind you I'm a completely different person now and they still keep the original date on the docket and issue yet another warrant for my arrest , after they themselves had continued the hearing after combin... read more
