The home looks great and has a wonderful welcoming feel about it. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Compassionate, thoughtful and friendly. The staff couldn't do enough for us. We were treated with dignity and respect. Everything you could possibly hope for.
I would rate no stars if it had let me. I would not recommend this place. They did not contact me to let me know my Mum had passed away. It’s only when I phoned for an update on her condition I found out she passed away 3 days prior. inadequate staff who are not properly trained.
Suppliers beware. This company does not pay its bills for months. Despite numerous calls, emails and promises we still have unpaid invoices from October 2024.
Live here where there is excellent support from all staff and a very friendly environment.
