As a health professional I have found the staff to be attentive, caring, professional and they have a great understanding about how to care for people with dementia. The manger is always available, open to feedback and engaged in the wellbeing of their clients.

I have real concerns about the care at this rest home. The manager uses all means to avoid responsibility and accountability. I found she has a very dismissive and defensive manner. I witnessed a high percentage of caregivers who were untrained, lazy, absent, disinterested and lacked the skills/knowledge one would reasonably expect in this type of facility. My mother has now been in four Rest Home’s including this one. This is the NO 1 Rest Home if you want a homely place with excellent staff.& management. You could not find any better than this. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
