My mom is in independent living at Somerby and I can not adequately express how comforting it is to know she is staying at what I consider to be the best facility in the area. Pat Jackson, the IL Director, has gone above and beyond the scope of her position to make sure my mother is living her best life. Somerby has turned out to be the perfect place for mom. The staff have been incredibly helpful and attentive to mom during her first few days at Somerby. The residents have been friendly and welcoming. I know we made the right decision in choosing Somerby’s Independent Living for her. Pat Jackson and her team are amazing. My sister and I had to find a place for mom and dad to live after my mom was admitted to the hospital and was unable to care for my father at home. Pat, Leslie and Logan made it so easy and helped us every step of the way. It is wonderful to know my parents are being well taken care of in such a beautiful facility by such kind and caring people. We could not be more pleased.

I called this morning to inquire about wellness service and spoke with a lady by the name of Pat Jackson. When asked where the office was located, Pat was very RUDE and would not answer the question but wanted to know why I was calling. I would suggest this business consider customer service training for Pat because first impressions can make or break an organization.
