The dance classes are not just fun - they’re freeing, uplifting, and empowering. The massage services are exceptional and healing. What really makes this place special though, is the beautiful sense of community. It's a safe, supportive environment!!

Crystal has done an outstanding job providing a welcoming, calming and respectful place to begin a healing journey. For the first time in years, I experienced a pain free day after years of accepting debilitating pain. I highly recommend Crystal and Cranial Sacral massage to anyone struggling with hidden illnesses.
