I've been getting massages from Nate for years and can say he gives the best massages I've ever had. Nate also has extensive knowledge about the body to help with pain areas, and his foam rolling videos are helpful. Nice peaceful setting too. Highly recommended!
Janny is a great massage therapist. She's adept at picking up on cues and creates a relaxing and healing atmosphere.
Nate was able to very gently open up energy that had been stuck for years. I feel so much more open then I have in years. Along with the movement of energy I had a terrific massage. Again, he was able to get into some troubled spots without all the digging and pain that might typically come with a deep tissue. So excited to find a new spot for my overall health!!!
