Highly recommend Saya Ahn! Saya creates an incredibly safe, warm, and welcoming space from the very first session. As a somatic healing therapist, she has a wonderful ability to help you connect with your body and release stress you didn't even know you were holding onto. She listens deeply, guides with immense gentleness, and never rushes the process. If you are looking to heal, ground yourself, and feel genuinely supported, Saya is amazing.
I have recently been working with Saya and she’s the real deal. I don’t know how to describe what she’s doing but I know how I feel afterwards. AMAZING. She is helping me realign but also letting go of some stagnant energy that has plagued me forever. Her healing touch, massage, energy work and stretching is some of the best I have ever had in Denver.

Nate has an amazing, gentle, but powerful, healing touch. I recommend him to everyone I meet! He has a way of calming the CNS, body and mind, bringing new truths and perspectives to surface, while validating and accepting your experiences. He has followed his God's given calling, and it shows, and shines, in and through his work.
I had my first massage with Janny and had the BEST experience. She was ready for me on time, was warm and welcoming, and took time to understand my goals/needs for the session. She did an emotional regulation technique on me before the massage that just felt like it washed away a year of awful. Really cool to experience how her intuition interacted with the massage as well! She hit all the right spots Any time I have means to go back, I'll be there in a heartbeat.
