I recently had a disappointing experience with SoleCal Barefoot Massage. I booked an appointment more than 28 hours in advance but failed to realize that the location was over 1.5 hours away from me. As soon as I noticed this, I contacted the company to cancel the appointment right when they opened at 10am exactly 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, I was informed that their policy does not allow for refunds, only rescheduling.
