Xavier provides the rehabilitation type massage I have been searching for. Highly recommend for athletes trying to battle muscle aches and pains.

I have done something similar to this many years ago and was so excited to find it close to me! The results are undeniable and I just feel more comfortable in my body after each session. Well worth it!

I have been doing the structural integration series, and I can definitely notice a difference! I have had three back surgery and struggle so incredibly much with back pain and this is definitely helping alleviate that and improving my posture!
