Soma is a gentle spa in the heart of kits. The rooms were clean, the massage tables were warm and cozy, and Kayla made sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire process. I will be rebooking :)
TIMEA GAISER is hands down the best RMT I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly kind, super attentive, and always checks in to make sure I am comfortable My hamstrings and quads get ridiculously tight, and somehow she manages to apply the perfect (insane) amount of pressure to actually release them!!! Absolute magic. Can’t recommend her enough! Also, the studio in general is fantastic with a very relaxing vibe. Highly recommend!

I left work early today with a 10/10 headache, neck, and upper shoulder pain that I’d had for almost 2 days. I was lucky to snag a last minute appointment with Nadine. She explained to me that she would have to work lightly in the area because of how it was currently “acting” Not going to lie, I didn’t think a light massage would help.
