Received a service ( facial ) from Melina & she was excellent. Listened to all my concerns, super friendly and knowledgeable! Would recommend to anyone.
Saw Maddie at Soma south for a Brazilian. She was very professional, friendly,made me feel very comfortable and it barely hurt. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars she would get it.
Worst experience ever! It’s my birthday and my daughter wanted to surprise me, so she booked a Soma Me Time package. I wasn’t happy with the service today since 1) the massage lady was only focusing on the left side, neglecting the right 2) what was supposed to be a facial dripped into my head, making my scalp covered with facial products. I had plans next so I tried to end the service halfway and get ready for my next event.
