The customer service and ambiance really lets this place down. Masseurs in tracksuit pants and sliders don’t look inspiring and the decor in the public areas is tired. They were running late, which I can forgive, but the coming and going from the massage room so many times, I cannot. The actual massage was fine - very good actually - but a palaver when I was settling up at the end was the last straw. Again, the massage was good but I can’t recommend a place that was so annoying at the start and end.
Was a lovley Bliss massage, hot stones were lovley and the massuse did a great job of making sure I was comfortable. Great experience for me and my friends who rarley get massages. :)
It was my daughter's first massage and the staff were amazing with her. My massage was just what I needed. Highly recommend Soma.
Excellent treatment, I had a deep tissue and felt like a bag of skittles afterwards. Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Will go back next time.
Had booked for 2 massages they kept us waiting filled out forms and then told they couldn’t do the massages place is old and needs a revamp better places to go do not recommend
