Hands down the most knowledgeable and skilled massage therapist I have ever gone to. I have seen her for two separate issues (shoulder and knee/leg) and she knew every muscle, ligament, connective tissue, its function and how to pinpoint it to relieve any tension and make it stronger for optimal function. Beyond impressed and would highly recommend.
Nicole really takes the time to understand you as a client and what pains you have. She is the only masseuse who has gotten into and worked out the tiny muscles that are deep into my neck, back, and other areas that hurt. Overall she has been able to really help me post concussion and with general pain
I have been seeing Nicole now for around 4 years and I love her! She knows the body so well and we have gotten ahead of many "could have been injuries" before they became too much of a problem! I run professionally so it has been so nice and important to have a good massage therapist who knows so much about her practice!
