Over a 90 day period, I participated in the Soma Diabesity Challenge and lost over 50 lbs of weight, reversed some other health issues, and I feel so much better than before the challenge. Soma Essential Healing and Wellness Center has an all emcompassing lifestyle change. All of my needs were met! I was leading a lifestyle that was detrimental to my health and other aspects in my life. I was experiencing chronic health conditions like fibromyalsia, migraines, and knee pain. The moment I walked in the door, I felt peaceful. The staff was friendly and engaging. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They took the time to get to know me and make me feel like family. It made my retreat experience not only enjoyable, but relaxing. The food offered for retreats and programs was exceptional.
