I booked in 3 facials for us and unfortuntely the team were not prepared for us on our arrival. It took about 10 mins for treatments to start. My treatment was quite good but and the treatments varied in their techniques across the 3 of us. I had booked the male clinician but he ended up doing the treatment for my daughter which she found a little uncomfortable. The rooms were not sound proof and the products felt questionable. I wish I could have given a better review.

Today my partner and I enjoyed our first ever day at a spa. We did the couples Luxury Spa package and it was absolute bliss! The girls were really lovely and amazing at their jobs, I've been in a state of pure relaxation ever since ☺️😴
Just had the couples Soma Spa Package and OMG it was awesome. 2 hours of pure bliss. Walked out feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend 5 star experience
