The customer service that I experienced was amazing! I went in looking for just 1 bra to try out because the enbliss bra was recommended to me! The bra feels amazing by the way! Hayat was the associate helping me. She ended up talking me into getting 3 bras with a great discount! I got a great deal so I could not pass it up! Linda at the store was also very friendly.
I decided to come back to Soma this December 2022, to see if the customer service had improved; however, I was extremely hurt as I was INSULTED by one of the cashiers as she openly targeted my weight. After gently asking her to stop and confirming my bra size, she continued to berate me and tried to cover it by saying that she was “helping.” I have never been belittled by a rep before ( at any store ) and am very CONCERNED about the quality of customer service that the workers are displaying as it negatively reflects the bra... read more
I love Soma's lingerie wear. I have yet to purchase anything that did not fit me well. Anything you put on your body should feel like a second skin and that's what Soma does for me. Also, the cashier was very helpful in assisting me with finding the right sizes.
