Dina was great in helping me find what I needed in the right size and in offering recommendations/suggestions. The store was really busy due to the sale and she was managing to give everyone attention and great service.

I love Soma and it’s the only place I shop for bras. The reason for the 3 stars is because I recently went in for an online pickup and had to exchange sizes. The young lady who helped me was very sweet (I didn’t catch her name but she was probably early twenties max). My only complaint is the manager who was showing her how to process the return was very demeaning to her, to the extent I almost said something but didn’t want to embarrass the girl. At one point she said to her “I need you to read” and overall was not helpful ... read more

Came into the store today and purchased the most comfy bras! Will go to Soma over VS any day now! My sales associate, Sunshine, was incredibly kind and very patient with me! She gave me amazing recommendations!

I went here for the first time today. Molly was very helpful. She helped me and my mom find bras. She kept finding bras and bringing them back to the fitting room for me and my mom to try on. She went above and beyond. She was very friendly , professional , very helpful.
