Walked into Soma as a first time customer. Was shopping with my mom and sister to help them both find a new bra. None of us had ever been to a Soma store and we didn’t really know where to start in our hunt for a good bra. When we asked a sales lady about the Soma brand and to tell us what makes the brand different than competitors such as Victoria’s Secret, the sales lady just pointed to a wall of bras, and the other sales lady laughed. Definitely not a good first impression.
