I don’t ever write bad reviews but this time I’m furious. As a first customer with this agency. I had a bad experience with this company my appointment was canceled 5 times. Just a side note I had to Venmo $100 so they could start working on my taxes. We finally had an appointment so we drove a 40-minute drive. As I was speaking to them they said I would owe more than $4,500 but if I paid them $900 plus the taxes and another $350 I would get a refund of $8000. They stood me up several times for appointments, she can't be bothered to send an electronic pdf of taxes when asked, she stated she would fix my taxes after taking longer than I was told to originally do them if I didn't get the house I was trying to get while waiting for her, well of course I didn't get the house in this market, but did Tatiana fix the taxes back at no charge as she said she would? First time customer. I had a bad experience with this company my appointment was canceled 3 times. After that, I didn't want to do business with the company and asked for my documents back the reply was " you must give me $60 to get them back" This is not professional or Ethical. This is a form of extortion. I observed clients waiting for 2-3 hours. This is not acceptable and I am very disappointed.
