cool bank and pretty convenient
I e called this location a few times to speaks w the loans department, she said she would look into the information she received, I had to call her back a week later and her response was she forgot, spoke w someone else to resolve the issue, regarding my escrow they gave me an amount to pay called back to pay it and it was less than what she originally told me, I asked her to double check and she swore that it changed and that was the amt payed it and still got a bill as of I never payed called 2 times once she was out , 2nd... read more
I called to get some information about opening a near account with solvay bank and the lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude, wouldn’t even let me finish speaking and kept repeating the same thing while i was trying to explain what i was trying to say.
Solvay Bank on Warren is my favorite branch, 9/10. Shoutout to the real MVPs Mary, Misty, Sarah, Derrick (floater), Nick, and Cate. Would be nice to put the Keurig back in the main lobby. Would bump to 10/10 if that could happen. Take notes from Well Now, they have have a slushie and a coffee machine in their lobby...
