The therapist are really great HOWEVER the receptionist makes the experience not great. There has been multiple mistakes from her with zero accountability. When you ask for clarity. she gets upset and suggests a new place for PT. She clearly doesn"t like her job and this will ultimately impact the company. Ray for PT has been amazing with my son. Tara was wonderful with me.
Had a really positive experience with the staff here and feel confident continuing my PT regime at home to maintain my progress. Came in 3 months ago with back pain and numbness/tingling in my legs, possibly due to sciatic nerve or piriformis issues. Tara was my PT and had a practical approach to physical therapy that helped me understand what was happening and what was reasonable to expect as therapy progressed. PT Ray is professional, patient and helped me so much with the arthritis in my neck. He is hands-on for half the session and supervised exercises during second half of session. Eric, PT tech, is friendly, professional and excellent at guiding the exercises. Malena, front desk staff, is always welcoming and efficient with setting up appointments. Highly recommend this practice.
