Dr. Michelle has been a blessing. I have had some great PR experts but none are in her airspace. I really trust her because she not only asks questions but develops plans to address my needs. She is encouraging and challenging at the same time Commands superior knowledge in sports medicine and physical therapy. She has been a GoD send in my life
A great experience with caring and knowledgable staff. After undergoing extensive spinal fusion surgery it was a difficult path ahead in order to get back to normal. Both Michelle and Kaitlyn were/are excellent providers that helped me reach my goals by teaching proper technique and ensuring I was ready to return to my normal activities after building back the muscles I had lost due to surgery. Definitely recommend.
My experience at Solutions in Shirlington exceeded my expectations. Maggie, my primary physical therapist, is wonderful. She and her colleagues guided me through the rehabilitation process, working my muscles and leg tissue and providing increasingly challenging exercises that I can do onsite and at home.
