FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE UPDATE - The fact that Denton County will NOT give Solutions of North Texas funding shows that this rehab needs to be shut down. Funding and court ordered individuals are now going to Sante Center of Healing vs here. Solutions of North Texas charges $1400 a month for a shared bedroom. All residents' food is donated from food banks. Hygiene, too or client must buy. Where does SONTX money go? Solutions will kick a client out and keeps the client's money... read more

State Complaint manager spoke with Leslie, admission director/Co Founder, in regards to Solutions' and Leslie's actions. Leslie told the complaints manager that she would refund my loved one their money. This was around 5/10/24. After a month and 3 emails,Leslie has not responded at all!!!!!! This place really made a positive impact on my life. I gained knowledge of myself I wouldn't have if I never enrolled. The tools and skills I gained and was held accountable for have made me a better person overall. I was given the opportunity to come here and change my ways of life all thanks to the program and the staff. They offer clinical and residential services and I took part in both and had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend attending either or both of the services they offer!
