The people are great, however the mobile app is always broken, from changing my password all the time to meet new requirements to server errors and blank pages in the mobile application. Also, I am always contacting my friendly bank staff to fix the password issues. I just uninstalled the app because I'm tired of fighting the app just to see my balance all the time.
