I've been doing my taxes for over three years now. Unfortunately, they have fallen behind on my taxes and haven't even called me back to let me know when my refund will be processed. Even though they told me I'd be seeing it in a week, it's been four weeks now. The sad part is that they've done the same to people I recommended them to—no follow-up or call back regarding appointments. This is unfair and unprofessional.
I LOVE this place, the ladies are really polite. They're organized and professional. Nancy, keep up the good work. I truly recommend this place.
No communication skills whatsoever. They take all of your information and then don't do anything. Don't answer calls, don't even email. They can't seem to understand people's unique situations or be accommodating. Should be ashamed to have caused so much stress and frustration...
