Daymond was an absolute pleasure to work with! He's extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. This has been the WORST experience I have EVER had with a tax firm. I filed my taxes with the concord office, and have yet to receive any type of notification in regards to my filing status. I have tried to contact them MULTIPLE times in regards to my concerns, and their nonchalance in regards to my taxes is alarming. I definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone.
