Working with Lisa was a true pleasure. Her professionalism and care are exceptional. I can’t believe I waited so long to finally try hypnotherapy. I would like to share my experience with Lisa, i was struggling with anxiety and fear of speaking with my clients and finding confidence in my voice. After a couple of sessions with Lisa i found it was easier to speak my truth and set boundaries for myself. My head had been less cluttered and my mind has been more at peace because of the professional guidance she was able to provide for me. I definitely recommend if you are struggling with patterns you feel you are unable to break away from.
