Lost a star because people cut us in line for the restaurant. I don't know who they are so you're going to have to take this one klar so nordic spa.
VERY pricey for Very relaxing time. They charge GST on your automatic tip which is a no no!
Nice new space. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Plush robes and immaculate dressing rooms. The spa spaces were beautiful and well laid out. Booked a facial and it was outstanding. Early afternoon the spa was packed with groups of people. People talking and laughing loudly. A large group sat on the edge of one of the pools like at a public swimming pool. I forgot my outdoor shoes even though they did mention when I booked but luckily they have some to purchase that are comfy and cheap. Staff gave a detailed tour when I first arrived and later assisted me with my locker when I forgot my code! Steam sauna smells amazing - I didn’t know they were aroma therapy. Bonus! Mornings are quieter they said, it got busy as the day went on but still lots of areas for everyone.
Spa facilities were good, but not great. No outdoor staff, so the rules don't matter, and many guests took advantage of this. Many guests had loud conversations in all areas, a few were taking pictures with other guests in the background, and some were playing their own music from their phones. I wouldn't recommend this spa, as they don't ensure your experience is worthwhile after they have your money in their pocket.
