My parents live in the Solstice facility located in Corpus Christi, TX. I have to say, the care and service that the residents receive here is below sub-par. The maintenance crew is slow, it took my father 3 months to get his faucet fixed, when you turned it on you were showered with water and when it did get fixed he did it himself because he was tired of hearing "you are on the list". The air conditioner has yet to be fixed after them living there for quite some time. Housekeeping is bad as well, they do the "beaten paths"... read more
The elevator at the location in Plano has been out for 6 weeks with no word of when it’s being fixed.
I've worked with the team at Solstice for several years and they are incredibly hard-working and dedicated to creating both a great place for people to live and for people to work. They work hard, they take care of their people, and they have fun doing it.

Need to know do you do back ground checks on people working for you dealing with all the seniors...if you were arrested for Meth sales and were committed to psych ward for trying to commit suicide several times will you still hire these people...
