I would like to highly recommend Solstice of Joliet as I will be relocating there soon! Not only is this a "care-free" living experience as well as beautiful community, but the management staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. Especially the executive director Lori (last name unknown). Found facility to be very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Great facility
My mom left in August. I paid the pro-rated fee for the month in the amount I was instructed. Now 5 months later, I get a call that I was given the incorrect amount and she owes 76 dollars more and they are going to send me to collec tions unless I pay for THEIR mistake. They are making sure they can squeeze every cent out of my 93 year old mother. Be careful of them.

We had a good time at the family trivia night last night. It is much more enjoyable when they have events in the large dining room instead of in the atrium it is much more comfortable in the large room. It would be nice if they do the music events in the dining room as well that enables us to all sit together.
