Sadly,we moved my mom there at the beginning of the year and have since moved her out. The food is poor quality/ dining is incredibly slow and they simply brush off concerns by saying its "family style" dining. They are slow and under staffed. The residents are not inclusive and it is depressing and lonely for single elderly people. We tried to address concerns and we're told it is " independent living" so people basically need to figure it out. Woman at the front Desk is absolutely miserable. I called to ask about pricing and was told she had no clue and there was nobody at the community to help me. I asked to speak to an administrator and she refused. I don't know how they are even open or accept residents. Crazy experience.
Toured in early July, with Cindy. Nice feel to it, great dining hall.
My mom loves the staff at Solstice! They’re deserve six stars!
