RecommendedI really enjoy working at Solstice Senior Living. The atmosphere is wonderful, there is always something to do -&- the staff as well as the residents are so friendly.
While visiting my friend there, I noticed a few things that needed to improve. Cleanliness being one, and the gossip that goes on between staff is the second. I don't think anyone really knows what is going on here. Seemed to be quite a few people around but no one was able to help or answer any questions.
I was trained at Solstice Senior Living at Columbia and was treated so kindly by all the employees and staff members that I can hardly believe this is true. The residents were so happy and well taken care of and I never heard not one complaint
This place treats residents terrible. There is black mold growing in numerous places. Staff having sexual relationships in rooms that are vacant. Drugs being sold in the parking lot from members of the staff. When something is brought to management's attention, like oral sex going on in rooms, it's brushed under the rug. There is a ring of stealing from the residents going on. Nothing in this facility is right! I work for Solstice Senior Living and I have never heard of such things going on in one of our facilities. If this is true the directors would surely take care of it and it would be stopped immediately. But I can assure you that we have never had anything going on like you said in your statement. Solstice is a great place to work and we hold all our residents in high regard and take the best care of them.
Probably the lousiest menu and food legally served.
