I'm very dissatisfied with their rigid return policy. I tried to return a $200 football helmet and $150 shoulder pads that were literally worn once indoors. The owner just needed to approve the return. He saw a blade of synthetic grass on the helmet and immediately said no way. Come on! Just looking for an excuse to say no. They were in pristine condition and without a scratch. No contact was made with the equipment. Helmet was laid on indoor grass surface. I have not been able to get rid them at any price.
