I began my journey with Solomon Wood before Roach Reed C.P.A. folded into the S.W. enterprise; 20 years. I have never been disappointed. My taxes are a bit complicated but they have a solid handle on how to navigate my process. Connie and Susan are the epitome of professionalism yet they are personable, pleasant and available. Unfortunately I cannot apply a zero star rating here or I absolutely would. I haven't dealt with a firm as incompetent as SolomonWood before. I requested basic documents for a new business partnership that they were currently servicing. The basic functions of delivering a quality job are non existent here. I as well as our new CPA office were absolutely blown away at the lack of information as well as the incorrect categorization of almost ALL of the business transactions they handled on our behalf.
