Great sales experience, lovely carpet but very rushed and sloppy installation that has tarnished the whole experience and means I don't enjoy my new carpet. Every time I look at the lumpy carpet on the stairs, the ragged edges in doorways and the clumsy obvious joins, I feel sad.

I was very happy with my experience. The installer was fantastic, Vince was easy to deal with and everything was done reliably and courteously.
