I have lived at Plum Tree apartments for 9 years. We have seen many come and go. We live in the lower of 10150. Some noise is expected as we live under others. The people in that apartment now are the worst in 9 years. They moved in last October with the freedom of renovation. It is still going on to this day. I have been to the residence countless times asking them to consider us as a lower neighbor.
