Such amazing experience and quality customer service. I would say they even better than Hatton Gardens, care attention to detail. Delivery of my mothers ring, exceptional workmanship retaining its sparkle and missing diamond rebalancing the fixture of its shape. Wonderful experience start to finish! Had a ring restyled (engagement ring, put the diamond in a new setting entirely) - they listened to the changes I wanted after the initial design, were really friendly and then resized on the pick up day as needed! Couldn’t recommend more!
